Program Description

OneHourBinder, which offers homeowners insurance through licensed insurance professionals, at 1 E Chase St, Baltimore, MD 21202, sends text messages (SMS) about homeowners insurance quotes, binders, and policies. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from OneHourBinder as described on this page. This page supplements our Terms of Use & Referral Partner Terms and Privacy Policy.

Section 2

Who Receives Messages

Messages go only to referred customers (homebuyers, borrowers, and homeowners) who check the consent box on our quote request page and verify their mobile number with a one-time code.

We do not text a referred customer unless that customer has given consent themselves. A referral partner cannot give consent for someone else.

Section 3

Types of Messages

Depending on how you opted in, you may receive:

• One-time verification codes.
• Updates on the status of a quote or binder request, including when a binder is ready.
• Requests for information needed to complete a quote.
• Follow-ups about a quote, binder, or policy.
• Customer care replies to messages you send us.

Examples: "OneHourBinder: Your verification code is 123456. Do not share this code." and "OneHourBinder: Hi [Name], we need one more detail to finish your homeowners insurance quote. Reply STOP to opt out." [Confirm final message templates match your A2P 10DLC campaign registration.]

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies with your request. Most people receive a few messages while a quote or binder is in progress. Verification codes are sent once per request.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. OneHourBinder does not charge for text messages.

Section 6

Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Agreeing to receive text messages is optional. It is not a condition of getting a quote or buying any product or service, and you may choose any insurance provider. If you do not agree, we will contact you by email only.

Section 7

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you opt in again. You may also tell us at (443) 979-8040 or through our contact form at onehourbinder.com/contact. Opting out of text messages does not cancel any insurance quote or policy.

Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers and their affiliates are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and the capabilities of your device.

We use your mobile number and consent information only to provide the services described on this page and as our Privacy Policy explains. We do not sell your mobile number or share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes, and text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for those purposes. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Our text-message program is available for U.S. mobile numbers.
